This plan is designed to help maintain the condition and functionality of your gym equipment. The core of this plan includes a crucial single service visit on or about the first-year anniversary of your equipment purchase, as determined by your invoice date. This essential service is meticulously carried out by a Seller-approved service provider, ensuring that only qualified and experienced technicians handle your valuable equipment. Each “service year” is precisely defined as one year from your equipment’s invoice date, providing a clear timeframe for maintenance.

During this service visit, our expert technicians perform thorough checks, essential adjustments, and necessary lubrication to ensure your equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. This proactive maintenance helps identify potential issues early, preventing more significant problems down the line and extending the lifespan of your investment.

It is important to note that while the service itself is covered under the free 3-year plan, travel time and associated costs for this annual service are excluded and will be quoted separately based on your location.
